* All Seasons( except Peak Season Period)
- 50% of the total room charge required as
non-refundable deposit. Balance to be paid to the hotel upon check-in.
Amendments made before check-in will result in
additional charges at the time of amendment.
-Cancellations and No Shows: 50% of non-refundable
deposit will be forfeited.
* Koh Samui Resort Season Period : December 11 - January
15
All bookings will require full payment, of which
the total amount will be non-refundable after payment has been charged
upon you.
Cancellations & No Shows- Full duration of
booking will be charged.
To note:
Koh Samui resort cannot accept
liability or responsibility for any cancellation or No Shows caused by
war or threat by war, civil strife, natural disaster, terrorism,
industrial disputes, fire, bad weather, sickness, act of government or
public authorities or other circumstances amounting to force majuer and/or Acts of God.

Note: Your Credit Card is only used to guarantee your reservation and
will only be billed for 50% of the full amount as guarantee. The
remaining balance will be due when you check out. "Peak"
season cancellations made at least 14 days in advance of arrival date
will receive a refund of 50% of deposit. Cancellations made later than
that will receive no refund and forfit the
entire deposit. "High" season cancellations at any time
receive 50% refund of deposit. "Low" season cancellations
will be charged only 1 night's stay and refunded the rest of the
deposit. |
